Certified Cider Professional/Prep Session Invitation to industry servers/buyers:

On behalf of the MN Cider Guild (MNCG), we’re writing to invite you to an in-person session to prepare you to take the Certified Cider Professional (CCP) Level One exam. The CCP is a certification program run by the United States Association of Cider Makers, and the CCP Level One certification is similar to the Cicerone program’s Certified Beer Server certification.

The in-person session and the exam cover the five areas of the Level One certification:
- Apples
- Processing
- Fermentation
- Taste & Style
- Serving and Pairing

The Level 1 exam costs $75.00; however, if you participate in one of the prep sessions, the MN Cider Guild will purchase your exam for you. We’d also be happy to have you participate in one of the prep sessions, even if you don’t intend to take the exam. There is no cost to participate in the prep session.

We’re offering one exam prep session this year on Monday, January 21 at 2:00 pm upstairs at the Happy Gnome.
